Wow you guys, I’m not sure I can begin to tell you how nice that overlaying image comes across considering the three panels underneath. I also really like the effect of muting the background lines (or the lines off in the distance) by coloring them instead of leaving them black. It really does wonders for the depth.

Yeah, this is more of playing with layout to create that “hyper time” that Ernie Colòn is so good at. I talk about that in Art & Story Episode 07.
